Sir Hummus brings the real Hummus, Falafel & Sabich experience to Amsterdam. Served just like in streets of Jerusalem: warm and fluffy. Our fresh Hummus is nothing like the heartless commercial dip you can find in supermarkets.

 

The secret behind our delicious food is real love for it. We source the highest quality ingredients, daily go through a meticulous cooking process that takes 24 hours. No compromises and no shortcuts - and most important we keep it crap free.

 

We serve Hummus in the traditional way – as the main dish, with lush toppings, salad and fresh pita bread. The Falafel & Sabich are rolled in fresh flatbread, which we aim to engineer to perfection for the ultimate bite.
